Washington Yotto Ochieng1964.10-)教授,世界顶级专家、英国帝国理工学院土木与环境工程系主任,英国皇家工程院院士。Ochieng教授在导航定位、地理信息工程(GIS)、智能交通系统(ITS)和空中交通管理(ATM)领域有着重要和持续的影响力,曾被GPS World评为全球受关注的GNSS高级专家,英国政府、欧洲议会导航交通高级顾问,获得来自英国政府、Eurocontrol、欧洲航天局等机构提供的超过10,000,000英镑的项目经费,享有英国皇家工程院院士、英国皇家导航学会最高荣誉哈罗德-斯班赛奖章获得者等荣誉。
